There will be limited parking and heavy traffic at Hillcrest Centre on Vancouver Canadians Baseball Game Nights as their season has just begun.
This week, they have games scheduled to start at 7:05 pm on:
Hillcrest parking is limited to 2 hours and parking space usually available over 2 hours become paid parking for baseball spectators.
Please ensure you check the Vancouver Canadians Baseball schedule prior to heading to the Centre and allow extra time to ensure that you arrive at the rink on time.
Our Summer Session Start and End Dates are as follows:
Our lessons on Mondays take place at Hillcrest Arena at 4575 Clancy Loranger Way.
Our lessons on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays take place at Sunset Rink at 390 East 51st Avenue.

We are looking for volunteers to help us with our Awards Night on June 3 and also to help promote our club at the upcoming Hillcrest Summer Festival on June 18 and Main Street Car Free Day on June 19. Go to Volunteer Opportunities for more details.
Riley Park Figure Skating Club registration is going online!
We are excited and pleased to announce that summer registration for CanSkate, StarSkate and Ice-only will be available online starting June 8. Registering will entail creating your account, selecting your programs and then paying by Visa or Mastercard.
In-person registration will be available for those who wish to pay by cash or cheque.

Congratulations to our skaters: Mikaila Meslo, Marie-Geo Sato and Anna McLean who are featured in the “Gold Feet” section of the March 2015 Edition of Thin Ice. “Gold Feet” is a section dedicated to recognizing skaters from the BC and Yukon who have passed Gold Level test(s).
Thin Ice is the Official Publication of the BC/YK Section. It is published quarterly and displays achievements, events, schedules, and information submitted from skating clubs, regions and members throughout the province and territory.

These Biweekly Enrichment sessions for designed for our StarSkate and Ice Only Skaters to complement the skaters’ weekly ice time providing skaters with a well rounded and balanced skating program. These are closed sessions and only available for RPFSC Skaters.
Skaters in StarSkate 1, 2, Junior, Intermediate and Senior groups, please check your email as we have sent you specific information about the Spring Enrichment Program.

Skaters that are not skating in the spring and summer, or are no longer skating with RPFSC are kindly reminded to return their black fleece warm up jackets to the club. Please return them washed and attach a paper label with the skaters name. You will be reissued jackets on your return. You’re able to return your jackets to our Registration Desk beginning Saturday, April 2 during the following times
Mondays – 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuesdays – 3:30 pm to 5:15 pm
Thursdays – 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturdays – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Sundays – 5:30 pm to 7.30 pm
